Lacasa, Inc. Open House for new 4-Unit Apartment Building in Goshen on April 24, 2024
[Goshen, IN] Lacasa, Inc. is excited to announce the forthcoming Open House event scheduled for April 24, 2024, showcasing a newly rehabilitated 4-unit apartment building located at 409 East Madison Street in Goshen. The event will commence with remarks and a ribbon-cutting ceremony by the Goshen Chamber of Commerce at 4:00 PM, followed by tours of the building until 5:30 PM.
The Madison Street building has undergone extensive rehabilitation to accommodate four unique 1-bedroom apartments, offering comfortable and modern living spaces for residents. This project, in addition to Lacasa’s other ongoing initiatives, will contribute to a total of 23 new units and 22 preserved or rehabilitated units in the coming year, furthering our commitment to revitalizing the community.
