Lacasa Receives CORES Certification for Providing Quality Resident Services in Affordable Housing

Amy Ward and Daniela PanettaLacasa is pleased to announce that we have received the Certified Organization for Resident Engagement & Services (CORES) certification from the Stewards of Affordable Housing for the Future (SAHF).  The CORES certification recognizes Lacasa’s proven track record of providing quality resident services coordination in affordable rental housing.  Lacasa would like to acknowledge Daniela Panetta and the Community Engagement team for the hard work and dedication that went into attaining this certification. “Receiving the certification is so rewarding because our team works hard every day to make this program successful,” said Daniela Panetta, Lacasa Director of Community Building & Engagement. “We want our tenants to have all the tools and resources they need to reach their goals and it is an honor for us to be a part of that journey.”

Achieving CORES certification shows our commitment to the highest standards for resident services, as well as a deep commitment to resident health and well-being, and data-informed operations and decision making. The certification will enable Lacasa to access new funding opportunities, which will further our mission to create stable, affordable housing for the residents of Elkhart County.
