Help-A-House

Help-A-House is a program developed by Lacasa in coordination with the City of Goshen to help low to medium income homeowners repair or rehab big ticket items in their homes located in the City of Goshen.


If you answer YES to all these statements, you may be eligible!

  • I own my own home
  • I have lived in my home for at least 1 year
  • I am within the income limits *  (see limits on lacasainc.net/programs/help-a-house/)
  • I live in the City of Goshen
  • I am current on mortgage, property tax, and insurance payments

If you are unable to complete the online registration due to mobility, visual or hearing impairments or other disabilities, please reach out to our office by phone at 574 -533- 4450 to communicate your needs.

Please note that if you sign up for a class on Zoom, you must be on-camera for the class duration to earn a certificate. If you are unfamiliar with Zoom, please test this before class. We will not be able to help you troubleshoot issues with camera/sound while we are teaching the class.
