Getting Your Home Back in Shape is Simple.

We have removed the financial barrier so you can focus on the solution. Here is how it works:

Check Your Eligibility: Confirm you meet the residency and income requirements (see section below).
Get Inspected & Approved: Our staff will inspect your home, estimate the repairs, and our committee approves the funding.
Restore Your Home: We manage the repairs. You pay $0/month and 0% interest. You only repay the loan when you eventually sell or move out of the home.

Is Help-A-House Right for You?

This program is designed specifically for you if you can say “Yes” to the following:

I own my home and the land in the City of Goshen (and have for at least 6 months).
My home is not a mobile home and if it’s a manufactured home, it was built after 1991.
My home needs repairs that are necessary but are not major, structural deficiencies.
I have lived in the City of Goshen for at least 1 year.
I am current on my mortgage, taxes, and insurance.
My household income falls within the limits below.
