Distribute Your IRA
Make a charitable distribution from your IRA. If you’re a taxpayer 70½ and older, you have a required minimum distribution (RMD) each year. You can use a qualified charitable distribution (QCD) to donate directly to Lacasa without counting that amount as taxable income.
