Homeownership Assistance Program Inquiry Form

You’ve completed the first step and the Homeownership Assistance Program may be a good fit for you. Now we need a little more information about you and your plans to purchase a home.

Homeownership Assistance

Eligible homebuyers may receive up to $15,000 toward the purchase of a home in Goshen or Elkhart.

Your Contribution

Homebuyers must contribute at least $1,000 of their own funds toward the purchase.

Housing Counseling Required

Participants must complete required homebuyer education and work with a Lacasa HUD-certified housing counselor.

Plan Ahead

The approval process can take 1–3 months, and funding is limited.
