We are excited to announce that Lacasa will be receiving grants for two projects awarded from the HOME Investment Partnerships Program through the Indiana Housing & Community Development Authority. The Shoots Apartments on Lincoln will receive $1.45 million for renovations to its 16 units. Additionally, our new Lakeview Drive project near Oaklawn, which will offer eight permanent supportive housing units, will receive $1.5 million.
We are thrilled to continue providing affordable housing thanks to support from the IHCDA.
