Arbor Court: From Preschool to Affordable Housing

  • Ribbon Cutting

What was once an empty preschool building is now welcoming new residents in need of affordable housing.

Lacasa has spent the past year transforming 317 Arbor Court in Goshen into a fully renovated, 7-unit apartment complex. Each unit features one bedroom and one bathroom, providing a much-needed housing option for individuals and small households in our community.

This redevelopment project was made possible through funding from the HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME), administered by the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority (IHCDA). The project also benefited from the hard work of volunteer groups including the Goshen Alternative Program, Goshen College, Wabash, and Clayton Homes, who assisted with early demolition and site preparation. The ongoing dedication of Lacasa’s Real Estate Development team has been instrumental in bringing the project to completion.

Arbor Court is a great example of how repurposing underutilized space can help meet the growing need for affordable housing in our community.

Leasing will begin soon. For more information or to inquire about availability, visit https://lacasainc.net/arborridge or call 574-537-1896.
