Lacasa, Inc. Open House for new 8-Unit Apartment Building in Elkhart on April 9, 2024
[Elkhart, IN] Lacasa, Inc. is pleased to announce the upcoming Open House scheduled for April 9, 2024, showcasing a new 8-unit apartment building located at 511 Division Street in Elkhart. The event will commence with remarks and a ribbon-cutting ceremony with the Elkhart Chamber of Commerce at 4:00 PM, followed by tours of the building until 5:30 PM.
The Division Street building features four 1-bedroom apartments and four 2-bedroom apartments, with half of them designed to be ADA accessible. This addition, along with other ongoing Lacasa projects, will contribute a total of 23 new units and 22 preserved or rehabilitated units slated for Goshen and Elkhart in the coming year.
