After Renovation
The East Lincoln Crossroads Revitalization Project is taking 5 dilapidated multi-family houses and renovating them into attractive, safe, and affordable rental options within walking distance of downtown Goshen. These properties were vacant and were safety hazards to the surrounding neighbors. They will now contribute to neighborhood revitalization efforts in an area that is seeing significant changes due to the US 33 reroute.

213 S. 7th St. offers 4 affordable rental units; 1 two-bedroom and 3 single bedroom units. This continues to meet a growing demand for nice living options within walking distance of Goshen’s vibrant downtown. It also creates a significant investment in the community that will contribute to safety and home values.
