Offices Closed Due to COVID-19
In accordance with the Indiana state Stay at Home order, Lacasa offices are currently closed. Staff will work remotely during this time via phone and email. If you’re not sure who to connect with, please call us at 574-533-4450 and follow the instructions to find someone or leave a message.
We’re not answering the phone, but we are checking messages.
We are able to show apartments at this time, but this process will be adjusted to accommodate the current health and safety guidelines. Our phone number for our Elkhart property manager is 574-296-7900 and our Goshen property manager is 574-537-1896. Current tenants should know that Lacasa leasing staff is available on-site by appointment, and maintenance is responding to emergency requests.
Lacasa continues to provide 15 minute Guidance Calls, which can be scheduled by going to lacasainc.net/guide. In addition, our immigration team is providing Q&A calls for individuals looking for information about family petition, naturalization, legal permanent status, and DACA.
